Both individuals and businesses offering radon mitigation services in Nebraska are required by law (the Nebraska Radiation Control Act) to be licensed by the NE Department of Health and Human Services (NDHHS). Licensed radon mitigation providers are required to comply with regulations, which are 180 Nebraska Administrative Code 11.
