Residential Mitigation Providers Servicing New York

New York State does not regulate radon service providers, however, certification through one of the national organizations is recommended. The companies listed below are certified as radon mitigation firms, meaning that these commercial businesses have been trained to reduce indoor air radon levels, and/or implement measures designed to reduce such levels in existing buildings. Radon mitigation firms may be certified by the National Environmental Health Association. Radon Mitigation Firms are required by the 10NYCRR16.130 to report the number of homes mitigated in New York to the NYS Department of Health biannually.
